Summary: Cited by Forbes as the largest employer in the world, The Company analyzed employs 3.2 million people globally. This study suggests areas where The Company can improve diversity and access in the workplace. Specifically, the research focuses on The Company’s University Division. Most observations that were used to generate these recommendations occurred at one of the organization’s offices in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia and as such might not be generalizable to the organization as a whole.
